Can't seem to get snack prompt showing on any chrome profile

snackprompt always used to show its toggle on the left hand side browser. Not sure why i can't get it back. I have tried on different chrome profile's neither will show on GPT? Any ideas?

Why didn't I get the founds charget for the sold prompts?

I can't seem to withdraw my earnings that meet the guidelines on mobile and desktop. After pressing the confirm button, the page does not continue with the withdrawal. Thanks for your support.
